HOW IS INTIMATE SKIN DIFFERENT THAN THE SKIN ON MY FACE?

Vulvar skin (skin surrounding the vagina) is more sensitive because it’s thinner than skin on other parts of the body. It’s also hormone-responsive tissue becoming more sensitive during different stages, such as periods and during pregnancy and menopause. Just like the face, it can experience skin conditions like irritation, dryness, thinning and normal aging.

WHAT'S pH GOT TO DO WITH ANYTHING?

pH stands for “potential of hydrogen” and the pH level is the measure of acidity or alkalinity of water-soluble products. A pH value is a number from 1 – 14, with 7 as the neutral point. Values below 7 are more acidic. The skin on our faces has an average pH of 5.5 while intimate skin (vulvovaginal) is below a 4.5. Using a cleanser down there with a higher pH can disturb the balance of good bacteria that protect our lady parts from irritation potential. Our Vaginesse™ is at a pH level of 4.0 – 4.5 as pH can shift over time – this is ideal for intimate skin while supporting the entire lady landscape (vulvovaginal area).

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Standard shipping in the U.S. and Canada is free on any order above $45. Your order total must be $50 before tax is applied and after any discounts.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Currently we only ship to customers in the U.S. and Canada, but we are working to expand, so please stay tuned! Subscribe to our emails to be notified of any changes in distribution.

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM

We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at social@vaginesse.com and our customer service team will be happy to make it right. Please include your order number and a brief description of what happened with your order.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

We find that missing packages are often mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom or picked up by another member of the household. If you’ve checked your tracking number and these possibilities and still can’t locate your package, please email us at social@vaginesse.com so we can start a trace with the carrier. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Returns

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on defective or damaged products. Products purchased from our website must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, be in their orginal packaging, unused condition, and be accompanied with proof of purchase.

 

Proof of purchase may include your order number, name, email, and photo evidence of any damages.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, Vaginesse™ cannot alter an order once it has been placed. Please email social@vaginesse.com within 30 days of purchase if you’d like to return or exchange an item.
